Sysmelec®’s surgical suture machine portfolio has been enlarged with the development of a standard winding/packaging machine. This machine winds the sutures into customer specific cardboard packaging.

  • The cardboard packaging developed by Sysmelec® is optimized for the automated winding and folding process.
  • The WIND winding machine is very flexible and capable of winding various types and diameters of threads as well as needles of different shapes and sizes while at the same time maintaining a high degree of automation.
  • The application of a controlled force and the possibility of adjusting the winding velocity guarantee a safe and problem free winding of the threads.
  • An efficient and cost effective production is guaranteed, being able to run multi-shifts up to 24/7.
