Company Profile

Unitechnololgies SA is a company active in the high technology domain of precision automation. With its brands sysmelec®, mta® and sylas®, Unitechnologies develops and realizes high precision production machines for industries, such as watchmaking, medical, microelectronics, automotive and optoelectronics.

With its sysmelec® brand, Unitechnologies designs and manufactures custom machines, mainly intended for the automated assembly of microtechnical products that are demanding in terms of precision and integrated processes. Furthermore, standardized sysmelec® systems for the crimping and packaging of surgical sutures, as well as palletizers, are proposed.

With its mta® brand, Unitechnologies globally commercializes volumetric micro-dispensing and selective soldering processes based on standardized platforms. The product range includes simple manual systems, semi-automatic table robots as well as fully automatic production cells.

With its sylas® brand, Unitechnologies has developed industrial platforms dedicated to the process automation of 3D laser surface processing such as selective polishing and micro-structuring. In additon, the sylas® platforms can also be used for other laser applications such as micro-welding, micro-cutting or marking.
